Golden Knights and Sharks
I caught the Vegas Golden Knights and San Jose Sharks game last night. If you like lots of scoring and physicality this was the game for you. Mark Stone of the Golden Knights opened the scoring 15 seconds into the contest. After Stone opened the scoring the Knights had a significant edge in play. The Golden Knights stayed pretty disciplined through out most of the contest. They had a few man advantages of their own and were able to cash in on one of them. After the Sharks were down in the game for a while the contest started to get chippy. Joe Thornton of the Sharks labeled Tomas Nosek. They assessed Thornton a minor for head contact. I wouldn’t be surprised if the league gives Thornton some kind of suspension or fine. Then a little later on after the play was whistled dead came a scrum at the side of the goal. During the scrum Paul Stastny got his lumber up and put it across Brenden Dillon’s throat. Earlier on in the game Michal Haley blocked a Shea Theodore slapper from the point. The shot appeared to hit Haley of the Sharks in the ankle. He had to leave the game and did not return. In the final stanza the Sharks scored two goals to make it a 5 to 3 contest. Brayden Mcnabb inadvertently put the biscuit into his own net, then Mark Stone tallied his third goal of the game. Not long after that Evander Kane and Ryan Reaves got into a heavy weight tussle. The tussle happened with 2:01 remaining in the game. Ryan Reaves had the edge in the altercation and was victorious. The Knights were victorious 6 to 3 and now have a 2 to 1 series lead with game four coming up on Tuesday night. Go Knights Go!!!
It’s Knights Time!!!!!

I tuned into the Golden Knights and Coyotes contest last night. The games was not well played if you're a Knights fan. Mark Stone opened the scoring has he tallied his 33rd goal on the campaign. Marc - Andre Fleury made his return to the net after missing nine games because of an injury. He didn’t play particularly well, I think his timing was [...]
